What information do we have on you?
Semper AB, company registration number, 556037-5668, is responsible for all personal data collected. We collect information when you register for one of our customer clubs, apps or when you participate in any competitions we may arrange. We also purchase data so that we can send information and marketing to you.
The data we collect could be:
- Your name
- Your contact information such as address, telephone number and e-mail
- Your date of birth, or social security number
What do we do with the information?
We store and process the information so that we can send newsletters and information, keep statistics, perform customer surveys and market research, handle customer service matters, and other actions related to our business. The information we use for sending out newsletters or marketing via e-mail and mail, will be retained until you choose to unsubscribe.
Who do we share your personal information with?
No third party, other than our partners who help us with IT, has access to your personal data as long as there are no legal requirements on us to share it. We have routines in place to ensure that your personal data is handled safely and securely in accordance with current legislation.
What rights do I have?
The right to withdraw consent:
You can at any time withdraw your consent to share your information or receive marketing and mailings. Either by unsubscribing from our newsletters, or by contacting us by e-mail / telephone to refrain from further mailings, or to clear your history. However, we retain information needed to meet any legal requirements we may have, and to be able to fulfill contractual obligations towards you.

You can request a copy of the personal data we have on you.
The right to rectify personal data:
We want to ensure that the information we have on you is up to date and correct. You can request that your information be corrected or deleted if you believe it is incorrect.
The right to delete:
You can request that we delete your personal data. We will not delete information that we are required by law to retain. Complaints: If you believe that we have handled your personal data incorrectly, you are always welcome to contact us. The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) is responsible for supervision in accordance with data protection legislation, and anyone who believes that incorrect handling of personal data has occurred, can make a complaint to them.

If you wish to exercise any of your rights, please contact us by email. The address can be found at the end of this policy. Contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection directly if you wish to submit a complaint to them.
