Nordic Junior Product Manager – for the Corny brand at Semper, part of Hero Group

We are seeking a “Junior Product Manager” to join our Nordic Marketing Team with the location in Denmark, where you will support key projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and play an important role in product development, portfolio management, and communication strategies.

Your Responsibilities

Category Management & Portfolio Support

  • Support the Product Manager in managing the category P&L for a specific product group.
  • Assist in defining category strategies and identifying opportunities for portfolio optimization.
  • Participate in New Product Development (NPD) projects, contributing to business case preparation and data management in SAP. 

 

Coordination and Collaboration

  • Work closely with local sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of product and category plans across Nordic countries. 
  • Assist in the development and delivery of commercial toolkits, including insights, background materials, and product data. 

 

Research and Insights

  • Support consumer research initiatives and market analysis to inform product strategies. 
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing Nordic-level data, including brand tracking and marketing KPIs. 


What we’re looking for

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within the field of product management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to identify trends and opportunities. Good collaboration and communication skills are essential, as is a team-oriented mindset. A relevant educational background (minimum a bachelor’s degree) in fields such as marketing, business, or related areas is also preferred.
